if we replaced the car speakers cant we re-put the original Car stereo back ?
(after getting bored from after market stereo)

As far as I know, without the above mentioned Scosche device you can not hook up aftermarket speakers to a stock head unit.

You can get aftermarket speakers for the bose system, but you have to match up the specs which are usually expensive. Easier and cost effective to repalce the whole system with easily adaptable aftermarket componets.
