Default Spark Plug Wires issues

Anyone have tips on replacing spark plugs in a 95 LT1. So far ive got the drivers side done and it was pretty easy. I am having issues running the wires on the passenger side.

I had mine done at a friends shop, they had it up on the rack and dropped the exhaust crossover to get at #8.

I pulled the alternator and power steering pump and it became much easier. However, the store must have given me the wrong wires, only #8 will reach the distributor. The rest arent even that close.

Yep i did the same thing, you have to start on the passenger side first. The drivers side is a close fit too. Sry its a PITA job but necessary.

There isnt much of anything about the LT1 that isnt a PITA. But you buy one because you love it so its worth it.

i did mine when changing the opti. had everything outa the way, i was also changing the pan gasket to so the exhaust and starter where also outa the way. i took the wires off then stretched them out together and matched them up. oh and i used some plug wire numbered markers to keep track.

FYI, if you have access to a lift, long tube headers make them so much easier to replace

Really, then that gives me a good reason to go long instead of shorty
