Default Small hose under throttle body??

Under the throttle body of my 94 LT1 Z28 there is a nipple were it looks like a half inch hose could go. But i have no idea were this hose should go. I have searched and searched online for other cars, some have a hose and others don't. But i can't see were the other end would go. Vacuum line to somewere? Or should it be plugged? Thanks

That would be where a factory heater bypass hose connected to, on both sides, to pass hot coolant through the bottom of the throttle body. It's purpose is to keep the throttle blade from freezing up in the winter. So be careful that you don't get a stuck gas pedal if you drive it in the super cold weather. It was removed, because some people are by the misconception that the hot coolant is going to instantly heat up the incoming air and rob the engine of power. The moving air happens to be going at a tremendous speed by the way (which in itself has a cooling effect). But hey, companies sell the "performance" bypass kits and make money at it. Might as well repack your muffler bearings while you're at it too.

nope, you're barking up the wrong tree. Please follow the advice provided in the other thread to start isolating the "sputter". Sometimes with cars you have to eliminate what it "isn't" before you can discover what is the problem.
