if you have aluminum 1.6 roller rockers you will need bigger valve covers. at least i couldnt find any that would fit the stock sized cover.

Don't get all panicky over the valve train just yet. That noise in the video is an exhaust leak. Putt...putt...putt.

As long as the holes are bigger than the ports they should be fine...

did he modify your stock valve covers at all to fit the 1.6 rockers? there's a write up somewhere on how to do it. i can look it up later if you'd like\

but that sounds like an exhaust leak

Take care of the exhaust leak, the part # for the gaskets u have I bet are 1404? If this is correct then you will need to modify the holes...take a die grinder and lower the holes a bit. The problem with those are that they cover the top of the exhaust ports slightly and will blow blow out over time if you dont move them up. I cut the holes down and then stuck them on the head with spots of high tack while i put the headers on then lifted slightly while tightening, they will hold that way. There are several ways to overcome the roller rocker issue... I recommend the cheapest, beat and clearance with a grinder and a ball peen hammer, then use some brake clean to get all of the metal out before putting them back on. They should be close enough to make that pretty easy and you can see where they are having problems since you have run the car. Best of luck.
