Default Rear Caliper Driving me nuts

OK, so I thought that I was in for a simple pad and rotor job today and it turns out that I have a siezed caliper on the drivers side. Try as I might, I couldn't back the piston off. This was with the flex line off the caliper as I was replacing that as well and the bleeder screw taken out. I tried a C-Clamp, I tried putting it back on the old rotor and prying I tried everything the damn thing would not back off.

So, I decided to take the caliper off and prepare for a caliper change. How in the world do you get all of the E Brake crap off of the caliper. This is driving me nuts.

Yes Craby that helped ALOT. What type of manual is that? I was checking my Haynes and it is nowhere as in depth as what you got there. I figure if I am going to be working on this car a good manual will help. At least something better than the Haynes that I have. I am not knocking Haynes, it is a good manual, but if I can get something better. . . .

Got everything off. Now I just have to wait for the part to get here.

I am assuming that these are what you were referencing. I went ahead and ordered me a set. Got a way better deal than what is listed. Mine aren't going to be brand new, but I am going to be using them a lot so it doesn't matter to me the condition as long as all of the pages are there
