question about rocker arms

even if i did swap out my rocker arms, in order to change the valve springs i would have to take the head off right?

dont have to, would be easier to do with the heads off. getting a spring compressor to the 7 and 8 cylinders is gona be a pita. you will need a air compressor and the fitting for the spark plug holes. well its gonna be a while til that happens.
