boltons are a necessity for any build. regardless of what ur trying to do you cant accomplish it without better bolton parts. and 30hp is pretty significant for those mods.

look into it

 

Spec is dead on. You should start with the basics intake, headers, y pipe, exhaust and then maybe a tuner. You will not get the full benefit of any tuner or tune until you have some of the base mods. Bolt ons help you move more air into and out of the engine easyer allowing your engine to run more efficient. It is a must if you plan on doing any thing more down the road.
