So I've been looking online trying to find a CIA and I stumbled accros the SLP CIA. Its pretty cheap compared to the K&N one, and I'm pretty sure it won't be as good. Awesome, thanks for the quick reply. Do you know if its going to make a difference in sound, or is it just performance? Also, will this have an effect on my exhaust system, or will it help that out as well?

 

dude i have the whole kit with new tape and everything, theSLP one.AND i have my old shroud thing you have to cut. you can have it all for 70 bucks shipped........................

 

your air filter will get dirty fast. get a K&N. they are cleanable. sounds like sucking air when moving. and its got to be doing something because right where the opening is, the filter will be black in 3 months.... obviousy its sucking lol.

 

I already bought a drop in K&N filter for my car to replace the stock one.

 

do u need to buy a new lid if you have an SLP CAI? can u get just the CAI and not get a lid for it?
