Default Oil pump locked down

Ok, My oil pump locked down in my z28. But luckly I saw the oil pressure start dropping and I shut it down.

I removed the oil pump. I left the oil pump shaft in and spun the motor by hand to see it it turns.....the oil pump shaft didnt turn. The cam was rotating. I have never worked on a LT1, is this right?? I dont see how tho. What drives the oil pump. Is it the cam gear, right? I HOPE I dont have to replace this cam.......

GM calls it "Oil Pump Drive Shaft Assembly". Do not use a steel one as it will chew up the gear on the camshaft. Use iether a bronze one or a stock one. You can get them from GM or Jegs or Summit.

I need the entire set up. My bracket is cracked. Where can you find those out? Summit, jegs and local store dont have them. Is it norm for the dist gear to be for the .427 shaft like mine?
