OBDII Scan Results: Need some help

so u replaced the plug wires so the water should not have effected them. is there water leaking in under the hood and getting on the ecm.

No water leakage on the PCM.. but I havent replaced the wires and plugs yet im guessing it must have gotten wet huh... because when im cruisin at like 45 mph and hit the throttle a bit itll start shaking and sputtering until i hit the gas a little more then itll stop and just accelerate and may be sluggish every now and then

i thought u replaced the wires and plugs. yes that would be something u want to do.

Nope... But I just replaced the first two one the driver side because those were the only ones I can get to because of my headers... and I got my power back... The EGR is gonna be another problem to fix some other time Im thinking about just taking it out and inspecting it maybe it needs to be cleaned out... if not then ill just plug up the hose with a screw or something
