Noise

slow down. lol. check the brake pads to see if they need changin. check your tires for signs of wear from rubbing on somthing. look around the wheel area for parts that are shiny from being rubbed on.

have you changed the breaks recently? Any breaking issues when turning left? Does the noise go away when you hit your breaks? If the noise is present while breaking, or gets worse while you break, it's very more than likely a breaking issue.
Wheel bearings are messy, but farley easy to re-pack/change. Go with the cheapest route first then to the most expensive.

i would jack the front up and turn it hard over to one side and the other turning the wheel on each to see if the sound will do it. may have to have the wieght of the car on it but worth a try. also block the car up so to be sure it wont fall. see if bearing or bushings are lose u can try to move the wheel pushing and pulling from the top and bottom. this works best if the calipers are off. they seem to hold the wheel but u can at least see if it moves a little and if so it may be worth it to take one off and see if u might have gotten a bad new bearing setup or a brake has something jammed in there.

It wouldn't be the first time I've seen a bad new bearing,in fact it seems to be happening much more frequently with all the asian imported crapolla parts we're getting these days.
