I did mine last weekend in about an hour. it's pretty easy all you have to do si umbolt the tranny from the cross member and jack up the Tranny then remove the cross member and take off the old mount. then put the new one on, putthe cross member back, lower the Tranny and bolt it down. lastly take it out for a test drive!! you don't really need the torque wrench but it'll help.

Mine was doing the same thing it's an auto and any time i went to wot it would bang really loud and feel like the tranny was falling out. this is the second time i've had to replace it. i'm not very nice to the transmission. haha. it's not hard at all let me know when you get it finished! Yea it's a great name. did you ever get your exhaust done??

While you are doing the transmission mount, don't forget to replace the torque arm mount also.
