Default need some advice

I am considering buying a 93 Z28, pretty much stock except 3 inch magna flow exhaust. It has 117,500 miles, auto, right now its in primer, interior looks in pretty good shape, and new brakes, he wants 2500 for it, im just wondering if you guys think this is a good buy, im new to the 4th gens so i have no idea, that and what common problems have you 4th gen guys have run into? thanks for your opinions and info.

When I bought my 95Z it had 148,000. I put about twenty on it and started having trouble. I just found out, after tearing down the top end it was the injectors trash from the tank or old fuel filter. The only other problem I know of in that model is the optispark.

yea i have a 93... from what i hear the main pro. is the opti spark, though i've never had any issues my self... other than that just small things here and there some guys have pro. with stuff getting in the fuel tank but if you just but some cleaner in the tank it goes away like magic. Overall sounds like a good deal to me i would buy it.

Macco's cheapest paint job is $200 lol and you get what you pay for. Things that USUALLY goes around this time are the alternator, starter, leaks start occurring. Was the trans fluid or diff fluid ever changed?
