Found out my rear main seal off of my 95 Z28 is leaking. I figure, good time to replace clutch since I just purchased the car. Lookin at different kits I find that I can get OEM, Stage 1,2,3 billet steel flywheels, etc, etc, etc.... What is the best option? I have pace setter headers and full cat back, cold air intake, Jet Performance Chip and will eventually do more small mods just for fun so whats my best choice? Whats the weight off of Billet steel versus OEM flywheel? Can I use an 98 LS1 Flywheel on my 95 LT1?

 

with the current mods you have a Stage 1/OEM clutch is going to work fine for you. You could ocnsider getting a lighter flywheel, although it's probalby not necessary it could be considered a performance upgrade. In the least it's going to make the car rev faster.
