Default M6 Followup Question

I started this thread a while ago regarding an issue that I was having with my M6, and I was wondering if anyone had any new ideas?
Basically, I can get the car to go into and drive in reverse if I turn the car off, put in in reverse, then start the car. If I try to shift into reverse while the car is running, it grinds and pops out.

Any ideas?

Here is the link to my previous thread:

Thank you all.

That's odd, I typically just shift into 6th, give it a rev, go into reverse and it's fine. You should be able to hold it in gear w.o grinding.

I had a similar problem. The thing wouldnt go into first so I put it in second, I was stopped, moved the car a couple inches, trid first again, and it went right in. Sometimes it will kinda do that from N to reverse too. I push the stick forward, and it will stop, then I push a little harder and it will go into reverse. Sometimes it doesnt want to go into other gears while driving as well. If it were a cable controlled clutch, I would just tighten it up, but I haven't got a clue what to do about this problem. Any ideas?
