Personally, I'm not a fan of the lt4 hotcam. I just don't like the rougher sound at idle...

but I think thisss is a pretty nice cam.

Just my 2 cents. Though the Lt4 hotcam is indeed a great choice...

That sound is a must have for me... I really like it. Thanks for the link craby, it will be useful. Didnt get to measure them tonight. Have a slight issue. The dowel pin of the used cam was tapped in flush with the cam gear. Any suggestions on how to get it back out to where i need it? I'm not having any luck...

sure they didnt cut it off. could drill and tap it so you can get a slide hammer on it.

Yea im pretty sure. Thats a good idea. Ill just drop it off at the machine shop and let them deal with it.

The pin wouldnt budge! Not even with the slide hammer. Ended up cutting the pin off the stock cam with a band saw. Carefully welded it to the end of the hot cam. Cut it off to .620 and ground it smooth... Problem solved. Just thought id share in case anyone else ever has this problem.
