Ok, Ive bben trying to get my lt1 edit to work. I have the program to check the connection, it says it good, But this is what I get, I can set there until my laptop goes dead.....any help.

 

You have the drivers installed for your cable? Do you have the correct comm ports setup for it? What "mode" do you have the software in; such as listen, interact, or another option?

 

drivers , yes. Im just trying to run FreeScan, before LT1 edit

I don't have lt1_edit so I'm not sure exactly how it operates, but I found freescan very simple to setup and operate it didn't take long.

 

maybe i havent installed the drivers? where can i get them?

and will free scan work on a 95 model?

 

Mine doesn't have an option for a 95 vehicle, but idk if there are different versions or not. The drivers would have either came with your cable or you need to download them off the site where you ordered your cable from.

 

got em, but i dont know if it will work with a 95.....
