LT1 cylinder head

Those are excellent flow numbers. The 195 cc runner isn't too big for a daily driver. You will need to port match the intake manifold. If you use those heads with a good set of headers and, say, an LT4 cam Kit, You should see HP numbers in the 400 range. Good luck.

what cam should i get to support the heads, i tried contacting comp cams but i dont know all the details with the engine bore, stroke etc. i would like to get a good cam that i could use now that wouldnt hurt my car that would help when i get the heads installed, any ideas ? summit racing has some but im not sure which one would be right
The factory cam is like 204-213 duration @ .050" so based on that a 220-230 @ 050 would be pretty safe. About 15 degrees more than stock and put it on a 112 degree lobe seperation. Both Crane and Comp have cams in that area. It shouldn't be too hard to find one. Jegs or Summit have them listed online.
