low idle rpm

my car recently has been idling really low around the 600 area and sometimes stalls. What could it be and what should i do? thanks guys!

I would start by getting it scanned for codes. Air filter clean? Does it have a cat? Plugs and wires good? Does it run ok at other rpm range?

air filters clean, does have a cat, plugs and wires should be fine, and yes it runs good at other rpm range. It ususally only does it within the first 10 min of running. At stop lights and things like that I am fine.
