Sandblasting is done to a completely stripped down car. You would never get all the media out of a car if you tried to blast an assembled car. The car comes with and epoxy sealer under the paint. You would need to repaint everything. I have no idea how you could do this with completely disassembling the car first.

If you try this without disassembling your car first you will destroy your car. What are you trying to get done? Is it rush issues?

yeah its rust issues. Most areas are fine its just some of the floorboard is rusting pretty bad and i just wanted to jack it up and sandblast it then prime it up and undercoat it. Im not looking to sandblast the whole bottom, just the bad areas so I dont get any water leaks or anything like that.

if the rust is bad enough the media will blow right through the steel
