Default Keep throwing DCT 43 code

Ok guys here it it.....So like i said in previous threads, i replaced my opti and I am still stuck with this stubborn knock sensor code. Today I just replaced my knock sensor module with an LT4 module. Yesterday I tested the voltage in the connector and was seeing 4.9V which is just about 5 V...I did get rather high resistance reading for the knock sensor itself. Since Voltage=Current (I) * Resistance (R) can the low current to the sensor be causing this because of a faulty sensor?? The weird thing is that once the car reaches closed loop the SES light will go away along with the code. Why is that?? any help would be great!!!

I did those tests....but saw some funny numbers for the resistance in the knock sensor itself...the outside of it is really corroded and couldnt get it to budge when i tried to take it out...i didnt really try that hard at it....im thinking it could be the knock sensor since it might have gotten dirt/corrosion in the threads. But another question I have and hasnt been answered yet is why is it after my engine reaches closed loop it doesnt detect any bad knock? the SES light goes away one in closed loop...also i will turn the car off after it is warmed up and in closed loop. I will clear all codes and start her up again...and there are no codes thrown or SES light....why is that??

could be heat related. once warmed up the sensor may work. a curcuit/wire expands and makes/breaks contact.
