My camaro gave me the P1441 code, after looking around on how to fix this or where to start, i cant find a place to start. From what ive seen on line it could be a bad gas cap all the way to solenoid stuck open. What should i check first? Any help you can give me would be very nice thanks.

 

Do you notice anything with the car when you are driving, like surging or something of the sort?

 

once in a while it will sputter when im at a stop. my MPG doesn't seem like it is as good as it was.

Might be something to read into. It is basically in the same location as the V6 (what isdiscussed in links).
