So there is a code 29!!!
CODE 29 = Secondary Air Injection (open circuit in AIR system)
You said the fuses were all fine and wrote 7.5. There is one Air Pump fuse (not relay) in my 94 Camaro Z28 and it is 20 amps, located in position number 7 in the fuse box under the hood. It is not 7.5 amps, if that is what you were referring to. If you pull this fuse out, you will get a code 29, the SES light, and the fans will come on. Two other people on this forum had this fuse blow and had the SES light come on along with the fans. Code 29 can also be generated from a problem in any part of the air pump circuit. If you are certain that the air pump fuse is fine, then you can look at the connections going into your secondary air pump, along with the O2 sensor in the exhaust pipe. A severed wire on either of these parts may generated code 29.

Location of O2 Sensor: Near oil filter

CODE 32 = Exhaust gas circulation (EGR) failure - "Check the vacuum source and all vacuum lines. Check the system electrical connectors at the ECM/PCM and EGR valve. Replace the EGR valve or ECM/PCM as necessary." - 93-02' Camaro/Firebird Haynes Repair Manual
