installing d/s window motor: please help!

I have a '96 SS and I need to replace the window motor. I dont want to break the door panel so if anyone has done this before or seen it done, advice would be greatly appreciated.

After removing the dor speaker, you have to drill out the 3 rivets that mounts the motor, and then put in new rivets. Removing the door speaker will give better access to the motor.
