I believe the Haynes manual suggests dressing the water pump gasket with RTV sealant and ensuring that fresh o-rings are on both of the splines on the pump driveshaft and engine side driveshaft. For the optispark, just make sure that the oil seal on the engine is still functional. I opted for dialectric grease on the spark plug connections to help keep out the water.

Try your local GM dealer for the O rings.

Not sure what size they are, but I was once fortunate enough to purchase a repair manaul off e-bay.

On the 93-94 distributor there is no o-ring, but on the 95-97 F distributor the o-ring dealer number is 10474278

As far at the water pump the only o-ring I can find is part number 10128329. This ring is located under the front plate of the water pump I believe there are 6 small bolts holding it on..

Hope this helps
