How much for starter?
Hi, I took my car to the shop because it was having trouble starting. They told me a starter would cost 300 dollars. I have a 1994 Z28 Camaro. Cant I find a starter somewhere for $100 or less?

a starter is fairly simple to rebuild if you know how to solder. you can do simple solders with a 12 volt battery, couple pieces of copper wire and solder. parts would cost you less than 20 bucks. sick
