I have a 1994 z28 the car ran fine up till yesterday. I was driving down the road and the car just stalled out. It will start right back up every time but will only stay running if you keep the key cranked over but as soon as i let off the key to move it back so the fans and electrics work it dies out. The car does have some motor work done to it and i havent got the computer flashed to the new cam specs but it was running fine till yesterday. Im not sure if that has anything to do with it? I was wondering if it could be the ignition or the ignition switch?

does sound like the ignition switch is failing.
