Default Heater Hose Leak, How to Fix?

I just had a new radiator, water pump, opti, plugs, wires, and coolant reservoir tank put in after having the car sit for 6 months, when i was driving last night I turned the heat on, right when I turned the **** the service engine soon light came on, I turned the heat off and continued driving. When I got home I smelled a sweet burnt coolant smell and there was smoke coming from the hood.

The heater hose has a hole in it and it looks like it soaked the O2 sensor and all of the other coolant just evaporated and smoked off the hot exhaust manifold.

I attached pictures of the exact part and the hose. I was wondering if i could get some help on how to repair that and what parts/pieces I need for it.

Thanks!

The entire hose and pipe assembly should be replaced, or you could do it on the cheap and use a long piece of heater hose.
