IMO, the Magnaflow sounds like garbage.

As for the headers, I'd go with Pacesetter long tubes. Below is the link where I bought my headers.

kooks are best if you can afford them, pacesetters are good, either way get stainless or have them coated. i am very happy with corsa exhaust but its a bit spendy as well.

I plan on doing pacesetters on mine. also do you plan on having cats on or off? it makes a pretty substantial difference in price.

I'm gonna keep cats (hi-flows though) if things arent tuned properly for no cats then your car may smoke, it will be a little louder without cats and on the other hand it will have a slightly more refind sound if you keep cats on there. power gain is also limited if you have hi-flows versus no cats.

I have edelbrock shortys and a magnaflow catback on my 94 z28 and I think they sound great. I couldn't be any happier for the money.

What kind of sound are you looking for ?

The Magnaflow has a more tuned quiet sound.

I had the Magnaflow cat back on my camaro. It sounds good. Its not obnoxious or anything. Its pretty quiet though.

I have the SLP I on mine with long tubes and no cats....Its really loud. But that's how I wanted it.

It depends on what you are looking for.

If you want your neighbors to hear you before they see you then the setup I just listed is a good way to go.

Whatever headers you decide on, make sure you get either stainless or coated.

Don't wanna replace them 2 years from now.

Hey one more thing. Are you looking to keep your emissions ? Or are you looking for off road headers ?
