Default Full exhaust swap?

so the car was running a little funny after my accident... sounds like a lifter is hitting odd or just clicking louder than normal.. I start listening under the hood to see if i can isolate the issue... driver side.. back... lower than the head?!?! what the... and then i see the 3 inch hole in the manifold... failure.

I start looking for headers. found a few sets but not committed yet (thought i had 2 times but seller flaked) I start looking at details, im gonna need a y pipe... ok, if an exhaust shop puts it on it has to have a cat... unless its got slicks or a roll cage (so it appears to be an off road vehicle). so im looking at full bolt on exhaust kits... are they possible etc...

I have been told that bolt on kits with band clamps will work. Ok so i want to see them. Show me one that is on... what it sounds like etc. I like how my car sounds, and looks, i love my tips that are on currently so im going to need to figure them out at some point but i want to know what im getting into, and hear some recommendations and just to be frank i haven't seen a full kit any where i have looked.

Does your county require emissions testing? Now would be a good time for LT headers and an aftermarket catback. Painted Pacesetters and Magnaflow make a good combo for under $800.

my state... well my state believes that pollution sorts itself out lol...

Emissions are not required... got a sound clip? my exhaust sounds really nice as is... and its sad to me to think it wont be nice like this anymore... But im not spending money on stock exhaust manifolds that are more expensive than headers.

this was a month or 2 ago... i would like a little more definition, and less rattle...

Bud, this is my recommendation:

Get headers, get cutouts, and get quiet exhaust. Best of both worlds, and you KNOW that the LT1 is pure ecstasy on straight pipes, so there.

see, I like the catback i have now... I want to do something with it... I dont know how i need to make this work... recommendations?

I want to delete the cat, put on LTs (and yes i do want cut outs too) but i dont want to weld... i want to do this all bolt on... I guess the first step is to get the car in the air and take some pics... ill get on it...
