exhaust pops when rev..?

exhaust pops when rev..?
when i rev the engine the exhaust pops. why? its mainly before its warmed up. heres a vid.. its the last 3 revs by the way.

I was always told it was the displacement of the air coming out of the tubes and the air rushing back in made it pop
that and the unburnt gases is another thing ive heard makes the pop is no biggie my Trans AM does the same thing
