but race gas AND tuning possibly. octane does not affect your power at all. it just allows you to run higher compression, boost, or more timing without blowing ur motor, all of which will increase HP.

 

thats not even worth it then. Does anyone know at around what HP does the stock fuel system max out at. And could I inprove my numbers with fuel system upgrades?

 

With racing gas and tuning to make use of it 400 RWHP is doable. I am glad you are using the stock lift rockers, it make the valve train more stable and reliable. The bearing problem at high RPM is easily resolved by usingslightly largerbearing clearances, and good engine balancing.
