try taking off all the plug wires from the cap and drying them and the cap plugins. dry the coil wire as well. take the plug wires off the plugs and dry them. the water will stay for quite some time if it gets in any of the connectors. check the plugins on your pcm/ecu for any water and if theres an inspection plate on it open and check for water. on any of these, use a little electrical grease on em if you have any when putting back together. helps to seal them and its easier to get them off next time.

He said this: New opti. Plugs. Wires. ECM ..electronic spark contol module. Cap. Ignition coil. Map sensor. Etc. Everything is new. It gets spark after the opti. But it's just a real weak orange. And doesn't have enough to start it.

wow and all these parts are new after the water bath? what brand name opti? if you have access to a checker for peak voltage, test the voltage at the coil wire and a couple plug wires.
