Default Dirty orange spark..

What does it mean when a 94 lt1 gets a dirty orange spark? Cars motor was pressure washed not knowing it was good for it, guy has replaced distributor..cap...button...plugs..wires..map sensor...ignition control module..msd coil pack...etc still didnt start...getting gas and spark but isnt starting. What would be the problem?

im gona say the opti bit it. theres more to the distributor than cap and rotor. has curcuits and a optical reader in there and they dont like water.

That's saying the opti was replaced. I take it the engine ran perfectly fine before the bath?

How is your charging system, is the alternator still putting out? Electrical items, such as the alternator, don't like to get a direct shower like it may have received.

Have him check the battery then, and put a charger on it for good measure.
