I finally built my engine to match the 58mm Holley TB I bought years ago. I also ported the intake with a router, almost loosing a finger, but sixteen stitches saved it!Name: 100_1376.jpg

I could only install one header before installing in the vehicle, the other had to be set in place and mounted after engine clears the steering shaft. And the EGR pipe had to be removed and put on one quarter turn at a time!Name: 100_1379.jpg

I also noticed while installing the flywheel and driveplate, which were matched and dimpled during balancing, that even a few grams were removed from the drive plate, notice the two drilled holes.Name: 100_1380.jpg

Lining up the splined shaft to the driveplate was pretty tuff. But not as bad as getting the threads started on the drivers side header bolts!Name: 100_1383.jpg

I don't think I am removing the engine from the top again. I mean getting it in an out is kind of fun but bolting all the crap from inside, underneath, on top, is CRAZY!!!!!!!

I just finished up the exhaust after installing all of the cooling, power steering, AC, and connectors/grounds! I am afraid to start it!
