just went out and unplugged my thottle sensor and it started so im not sure how that would do it unless i need to let it run for a while. again the 94 could be different.

Both the TPS and ECT at the end call for a new PCM...that might be it but i hope not. Actually i hope its not hte Distributor, one of the instructors who has one said it cost him $680 to get his replaced.

got my msd for 500. the oem ones are on sale at summit for 225. your will need water pump gaskets but their not much. now the pcm i dont know about and if you can even get one.

Well the whole optispark system should be new...plus im not getting spark to the distributor so i need to find out why its not getting to the module and coil.

PS. whats the best plugs to get?

i have a used opti (distribitor)out of mine worked when i took it out. i think there the same. you pay shipping its yours. i would use a new one though, obviosly a msd but im sure your pockets are about empty. does not have the vent set up like the msd. been trying to find out why my idle is so rough and low end power sucks. found it. low compression. thats after replacing opti, coil, and ignition module. did not want to pull them damn plugs again to check compression also wanted the msd coil and opti anyways let me know. again a new one would be the way to go if thats what the problem is. they are not fun to change.

ya i know but you were doubting if it was really new. i got some nkg irridium or however u spell that. they were expensive. 8 bucks ea if i remember right. should get a good platinum at least.

do you have power to the coil and mod?

that i dont know, i dont think so. im about to go out and check right now.

and the plugs...i found a set that would cost nearly $600 or more for the set.

hope u ment 60. for the plugs. twisters huh. wow. ive seen water spouts out here while fishing. we were a mile or so away, kinda scary when you cant go anywhere. crabbers only go about 10 knotts.

Comes out to $535.92 for the set.

Anyways, back on topic. You dont think its the Anti-theft do you? And i also hope its not the PCM.

Oh yea, one hit downtown...im like 2-3 miles away from there. Hope it didnt go thru LP field like it did a few years ago.

i run NGK TR-6's.... its only a couple buxks a plug
