Default chip up

Looking for information on what chip program would be best for performance upgrade on my 1995 Z-28 LT1 6 speed. Like to buy something reliable...easy to use...best price....and user friendly. New to this...don't want to get into the laptop type programing. Something idiot proof...don't want to mess too much with programing. More less plug and play...lol

Unfortunately a "plug n play" application for our cars (read Hypertech) will net you about 3 HP and costs around $300. That's pretty expensive HP. If you don't have any other modifications you're not going to get any benefit out of a new tune. The "chips" you see on ebay trick the computer for a few weeks (into running rich) and then the car figures it out, rewrites the fuel trims and you're back to where you started. If you don't have any other modifications I highly recommend reading the "Where to start Modding" sticky at the top of the 4th Gen section.
