I was planing on getting a chip or something for my RS camaro. You guys know of any good ones like superchip or anything? Its a 1990 RS 305

Yes...You bought it and now enjoy it for what it is. A nice car to tool around in.

 

I am enjoying the hell out of it. Just didnt know if there where any chips/programmers that where good for it.

 

there are no chips on the market that will make it do anything. they claim it will, but they dont do jack. if you are looking for more power, invest your money into a decent engine with a real fuel injection, not tbi. if you dont want to wait that long, get a set of headers and a 3" exhaust.

 

I agree on the Headers (1 5/8), Hi-Flow cat and the 3" mandrel bend Exhaust and a good muffler. You may get 15 to 20 HP out of this. It is not written in stone because HP & TQ numbers can vary with the parts used.

That is about it unless you start replacing major parts and that is a lost cause with 305 TBI.
