Since most of us haven't owned thse cars from the inception, you really have no clue as to past maintenance. So, as time moves on, you really need to repair/replace wiring and hoses and check your grounds.
You had troubles with your coil wire getting hot and not working? Now that I think about it, when we changed my plug wires, I think we forgot to change the coil wire. It does seem like it gets hot and wont start, but if we let it cool down it runs fine.

I also pulled my air filter off today. I have a stock intake but it must be a factory performance intake because I dont have a square filter. Actually, my filter itself is K&n. I pulled it off and it was literally caked with dirt. Cleaned it with K&N's cleaning kit. My car runs so much better now.

I replaced the coil wire and cleaned my air filter. When she runs, she runs better, but still wont start when it gets hot. I used component freeze to cool off my opti and it started. So which opti should I get.
