Best way to clean under body?

I have an oil leak (which someone told me looked like it was coming from an o-ring on my water pump) and its caused quite a mess down there. Whats the best way to clean it up without getting my opti wet?

cover the opti. lol, is this a trick question. i used degreaser we use on the boat, that seemed to work pretty good. spay on let set spray off.
