Opti-Spark (ABITS) R&R
Do a google search, plenty of how-to's (and how not to's) out there in internet land. If you're also going to replace the water pump shaft timing cover seal, speak up. There's a trick to it, and I posted a how to on that.
u will need to pull the belt, air cleaner unit including the tube that goes down by the radiator, the fan shrowd, water pump and the harmonic balancer to get the opti out. need a ballance puller. keep track of the arrow on the balancer, if #1 is at top dead center it should be pointing up.

P.S. I LOVE your rims!! What type are they?
Two things...you don't/shouldn't need a puller, the lower pulley isn't a press fit. It will be tight from years of rust and gunk, but you can rap it off from underneath the car with a hammer and block of wood, working from side to side. Soak it well with PB Blaster the day before you start the project. Also, there are clocking marks (arrow to raised notch) for lining the pulley back up to the hub.
There are a couple of good writeups online complete with pics. I can't remember the site, but I found one that showed the entire process and had lots of notes about what to watch for and little tips (such as the harmonic balancer removal). I followed it step by step and got mine done without issue.
It was a lot better than a Haynes manual on how to do it.
As Camaro69 said, try a google search and you will find one or two that fit the bill.
No sense in re-inventing the wheel.
