97 SS lifter tick
I haven't driven the car much lately due to the weather here in NC but anyway. . .I just cranked it after about 4 days of sitting and it did the same thing as usual. I would be thrilled if its an exhaust leak. I probably wouldn't even worry about it to tell you the truth. I may change to headers later on so this would be a good reason to. Just to answer an earlier question the oil pressure is right at 60 when first cranked and settles to 40 when hot. Just as a little side question. My headlights are bad, well just dim because they are old and have condensation in them. Should I go back with the sealed glass assembly or HID conversions? Do they even make those for a 97? Thanks again. . . .
ive heard the hid lights are not good for the wireing and fuses. theres really not alot of choices with the lt but ive only done minimal searching. couple of the guys have changed to the round angel eyes. do a search on the site and see if its something u might want.
