Default 95 Z28 prob.

Ok so i baught a 1995 z28 a while back with a blown head gasket. i fixed it and it ran like a champ afterward. yeasterday my dad was cleaning the battery when he accidentally touched the negative and positive terminals together and the car died. now it wont stay on. Can anyone help me i already checked all the fuses. itll start but wont take any throttle and dies after like 2 mins of idleing

I'm a lil cornfused. With your "and the car died", you make it sound like the engine was running while he was removing and cleaning and touching the terminals together? Is that what happened?

I would check the fuses. The simplest explanation is that he shortcircuited something...

Could be a relay under the hood
