Default 94 Z28 staring problem

Need help, I have a 94 Z28 M6 that started acting up recently. One day the car is running fine, next thing I know I tried to start the car and it would try to start but die immediatley. Ater several attemps it finally started, the next day i went to start it and all it would do is turn over, not even try to start. So far all i have tried is to check the fuel pressure with a guage and the results were 41psi when the pump is running and when it kicks off it goes down to 38psi but holds steady. Of course i can't test it running because it won't start. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i have spark. Talking with a mechanic he said it could still be the pump, even though the pump has 41psi (which is on the low end of acceptable) it might not have the required volume because of a clogged sock. Has anyone heard of this?
