You're not looking at the high prices of mustang parts, c'mon, we're talking real power here! Mods are pretty straight foreward and you can make good power for pretty cheap. May I ask why you want a 93-95? If I were you, I'd go for a 95-97 with the vented Opti.

The 93 model is sort of an oddball when compared to the newer models. The ECM still uses MEMCAL chips for engine management, and the transmission is is the old 700R4/4L60. It does not use a MAF sensor like the later models which means the ECM does not tolerate increased engine efficiency welland it should be reprogrammed for most mods.
Nothing wrong with this setup, except when you start looking for performance stuff and find there is not as much available asthere is for the newer models. Good for a daily driver but I wouldn't pick it if I planned to modify things.
