Default 500 mile break_in

I bought another clutch for my 95 z28, stage 4 racing clutch. They say it has a 500 mile break in period. Sooo, ive never had a manual tranny, what this mean, and what do I need to do and not to do..lol Thanks

just take it easy. no dumping, riding, excess slipping or abusing the clutch

yep...definitely need a break in. I had a stage 3 in another car. Also, try to take it easy on the downshifting, too. A good break in will make it grab better and be more reliable. You'll notice a difference in how it grabs after about 100 miles.
