1995 LT1 Camaro doesn’t want to start sometimes
Sometimes my 95 Camaro z28 will start up but very rarely. 99% of the time it will start and die like 10 times before it starts. But sometimes when the fan doesn’t come on when I turn the key it starts right up. Is the fan even supposed to come on with the ignition? And why will this car do this. It has a brand new fuel pump and filter. And just today I did a newish icm and new dielectric grease. I’m lost here
Could be the Optispark Dist.
Might want to have your battery tested and your alternator tested,my old '93 was doing this when the alternator was going bad.
Two things you can eliminate pretty easily, the Optisparks are a notorious weak spot in the LT1 cars so it may be having issues.

It has a brand new battery in it just put in yesterday and alternator I’m not sure if that would keep it from running or starting just the battery charging. And for the opti spark I already changed the water pump and the opti spark looked dry but how would I test the opti spark?
scan for trouble codes and see if anything comes up. hopefully it will come up with something to give an idea where to look. intermittent problems are the hardest to find.
