i was wondering what would be the fattest tires i could put on the back of my 02 SS. im lokking to do 315's but would i have to modify anything to do so.

 

thats what i have on the back of mine, i have 18's so i had to bang with a rubber mallet a bit on the inner wheel well wall, but i could hardly tell, just make sure your rims are at least 10 to 11 inches wide.

315/50/18's for strip

285/40/18's for cruizn/street, easier on the trans

265/35/18's on the front all the time
