Default Swaping a 8.3 V10 Engine into a 2001

I'm new to this forum and havn't been able to find anything about swaping something this big into a 98-02 F-body. Can anyone tell me if you think it will fit? I'm looking for the most hp and cost is not an issue. If you have any other options I would love to hear them. thanks in advance.

YOUR TRYING TO DO WHAT?!?!?! Dude seriously do you think a V10 will fit in an F-body? Just look inside the engine compartment it's already tight enough as it is besides you can get some serious horsepower out of an ls1. Theres no need for a massive engine swap like that. There are plenty of links on this web sight that will help you in getting the gains you want

Take a look at a funny car, that is what you need to do in oder to get a V10 under the hood. But once that is done, why stop there. You can still get 12 cylinder super-turbo-charged Allison or Merlin aircraft engines that put out 4000HP continuos at 30,000 feet. Or go really big & put in a 27 cylinder radial engine & really vibrate the ground.

Then put in a new LS7 with a turbo and have well over 1000 rwhp that is still streetable.

Never done it , never heard of it being done, not gonna say it's impossible. Anything is possible with enough money but with all the money you would spend on a V-10 and the cash it would take to get it into the F-body you could spend a fraction of that on great quality aftermarket parts and well surpass the Hp of that stock V-10.

yeah i don't think the v10 is such a great idea.. im all for big engines but when you think about the extra weight it may not even be so effecient

By the time you are done with all things that the V10 will need to fit and make the kind of power you are looking for it will be WAY easier to just put in a big V8 with a turbo.
