It looks to me like its just an lt1 with some different internals for more hp. Now I could be wrong, but I'd think it would all bolt right up... However, I wonder if you'll need a different distributor. 93 and 94 lt1s were different from the 95-97 lt1 distributor. They would probably use the later one from 95-97, but I dunno.Maybe you can specify. If you go to this link you can ask them questions.

If you use the original front cover the original distributor will fit fine.

Use the front cover and all acessories from your current engine, including the vented optisparkand everything will work out, make sure the cam has the right size pin for 96/97 engine. The earlier cams have shorter pins & won't work with your distributor.

While we're on this subject... My 97 is almost at 150k on the odometer. It still runs strong and is very reliable, but it seems to me that I should be thinking of a rebuild soon. I have a old gen 400 block sitting in the garage. Is it possible to swap the F.I. setup from the LT1 and use it on the 400? I was going to turn it into a 406 for an older camaro, but it now has an LS1 in it.

It would be easier to rebuild the LT1, I'm sure. But, it's my daily driver (obviously) and would like to have my down time limited. I'm guessing that the opti-spark/camshaft aregoing to kill the deal.
